Gregory Cascante
Chairman/CEO

Gregory Cascante has achieved impressive results during his business career. He is currently President and Chief Executive Officer of CEO Films LLC, and August Entertainment, a company he founded in 1988. Gregory has been directly involved with more than 40 feature films during a 27-year career as either producer or distributor, or both. His senior level management positions have included:

  • President and CEO of Kushner-Locke International 9/94 - 4/97
  • Founder and President of Interaccess Film Distribution (IFD), Vestron's International Subsidiary.

  • Vice President in charge of the International Division of TIME-LIFE FILMS.
  • Vice President of Acquisitions and Corporate Planning for TIME-LIFE TELEVISION.

Susan Moses
President/COO

Susan Moses has spent a great deal of her nearly twenty-year diversified career in feature films and related entertainment activities, including script writing and development; producing; directing; casting talent coaching; and formal teaching of the complex elements of feature film production.

She has previously acted as an independent consultant of marketing planning and strategies, media planning and new business development. Her boutique of clients has included companies and individuals with needs in new product launching, business expansion, Internet target marketing and executive media relations training.

Susan conceptualized and co-founded the Colorado Actors and Screenwriters Assembly (2001), (CASA), currently a 500-person organization, in Denver, CO. Under her leadership CASA has become a leader in entertainment in the Rocky Mountain state. Within six months of its inception CASA was named an affiliate of the prestigious American Screenwriter's Association, and developed professional relationships with the Colorado Film Commission, the Colorado Film and Video Association and the Denver Screen Actor's Guild.

Susan has privately coached talent in Denver on their career management and taught at the University of Colorado-Denver, Community College of Aurora jointly sponsored CFVI Studios Film School As the former President and CFO of Grandma Moses Pictures, Ltd., she produced MIDNIGHT CABARET, which was shot on location in Los Angeles and financed by Lorimar and distributed by Warner Bros. The company also developed and packaged a broad-based slate of film projects including, AMORE MUSICA, a modern romance, The Sidney Stone Affair, an action adventure, ONCE UPON A STAR, an adventure comedy and BABYLUV, a television film for Aaron Spelling. Seth Milstein
Chief Financial Officer

Seth Milstein is a US Marine Corps Reserve Major with extensive experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis, strategic planning, and international negotiations. He is a proven change manager with strong training, communications, team building, and technology skills. He brings the talents of a resourceful, multifaceted leader with demonstrated ability in risk management, due diligence, business development, and alliance building.

His professional experience includes time as a Motorola software engineer with hands-on experience in computer control of telecommunications and cellular telephone technology. A ten-year US Marine Corps veteran, he was recalled by name to active duty after the terrorist attacks of September 11th, 2001 to revise and lead the West Coast's expeditionary counterterror intelligence, civil-military operations, and information operations training programs. He managed projects and exercises involving thousands of personnel and billions of dollars of resources. During this time, he worked in activities such as wartime foreign liaison and graduate-level crisis management training for the US Department of State's Foreign Service Institute. He built strategic alliances with diverse government, nongovernment, and private organizations ranging from the Central Intelligence Agency to the Boy Scouts of America

He brings strong leadership and numerous contacts in the interagency community, including various intelligence, law enforcement, and homeland security agencies, with an eye toward future spin-offs and licensing of the Perilog software. He is a co-chairman of the San Diego Telecommunications Council's Security Special Interest Group. He brings new rigor to the company's financial reporting and budgeting, and is engaged in securing private placements for the firm.

 

Management Advisors:

The company has attracted a high-profile group of Management Advisors. They will provide advice with respect to the overall management of Audition For Hollywood and it's growth strategy.

Harlan Ullman

Harlan Ullman is known for ideas, vision, innovative leadership and executive management with the ability to translate each into action. He is the author of the highly-acclaimed book "Unfinished Business: Afghanistan, the Middle East and Beyond," from which the military concept "Shock and Awe" emerged and has been utilized as the primary strategy in America's conflict with Saddam Hussein. Ullman also taught at the National War College where one of his students was current Secretary of State Colin Powell. Powell has said that Ullman “raised my vision several levels.” His more than thirty years of professional experience range from combat in Vietnam (20 years of Navy experience) to anticipating and resolving many of the most demanding and complex problems confronting large and small organizations in both the public and private sectors. He holds a Master's Degree in Law and Diplomacy as well as a PhD with emphasis on international affairs, finance and economics from The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy. Harlan has consulted with numerous Fortune 100 companies and was elected to the Board of directors of the Wall Street Fund, one of the country’s oldest mutual funds. Besides running his own company, the Killoween Group, an advisory and consulting firm with broad financial interests, he is on the board of several related investment and venture capital companies with holdings in Asia. He is active in business activities ranging from investment banking to high-level advisory duties.  He is a distinguished Visiting Scholar at the Stevens Institute of Technology in New Jersey.

Frank M. Muller, JR

Frank Muller Jr. has served as an executive with many high-profile companies since he left the U.S. Army in 1965, where he received numerous decorations for his participation in the Vietnam conflict.Mr. Muller now serves as President of Toby Enterprises, which deals in High Tech acquisitions and turnarounds. He has served as Chairman of the Board at Ten X Technologies in Austin, Texas. Ten X is a top computer hardware research and development company. Robert S. Block

Mr. Block has a long and successful career in the computer software, communication and entertainment industries including pioneering roles in commercial and pay television and cellular telephone operating companies. He has also contributed significantly to the creation and development of entertainment and communication technologies used worldwide.
Entertainment:
American Entertainment Partners (AEP): Block is a co-founder, Chairman and the majority shareholder of AEP. The Company’s principal activity is the development of a 250 acre site in Wuxi China, (population 6 million). Wuxi is about 80 miles from Shanghai. Wuxiwood features a 2 million sq ft enclosed Hollywood/Las Vegas Themed Shopping-Entertainment Center with the first license in China to provide large scale redemption game activities using electronic casino, arcade and carnival games. The Wuxiwood site is adjacent to CTV Motion Picture/TV Studios on Lake Taihu (3rd largest lake in China).
American Entertainment International (AEI): Block is a co-founder, Chairman and one of the principal shareholders of AEI. The Company was founded in 2001 to provide entertainment booking and production services internationally. The first market served by AEI is China. The Company booked the Mariah Carey concerts in Shanghai in November 2003. AEI is negotiation for the presentation of Whitney Huston, Andrea Bocilli, Elton John, the Back Street Boys, Janet Jackson and many other super-stars. AEI is also a partner in a JV with a government company in China to provide turn-key entertainment programs for festivals sponsored by provinces, cities, government agencies and corporations.
In a sister company, Pasadena Live, Block, Marc Berman (another principal shareholder in AEI) and Landmark Entertainment Group produced the LeeAn Rimes concert in Honolulu and a series of concerts in Pasadena including Ray Charles, The Beach Boys, America, Air Supply, the reunion of Glen Yarborough and the Limelighters, and a 60’s revival featuring Davie Jones of the Monkeys.

In Los Angeles, Block produced HAVEN, a new musical play based on a book by Ruth Gruber (ruthgruber.com ). Joe Darion is the lyricist (Joedarion.com), Bill Goldstein is the composer (williamgoldstein.com) and Jerome Coopersmith wrote the libretto (jeromecoopersmith.com).
Liberty Entertainment International (LEI): (www.libertyinteractive.com) Block is a shareholder and advisor to Liberty Entertainment International. The Company produces and distributes Television, Home Video, DVD and CD programs internationally.
Television:
Block has been a principal in the commercial television business since 1950. He was a principal party in the development, distribution, and technology of the Pay-TV industry and was a founder, director and shareholder of leading companies in the field, including the following:

  • Block & Associates: Block & Associates is the General Partner in MMDS TV stations in Houston TX that are leased to Sprint.
  • Television Stations: Block has owned commercial TV Broadcast stations in Los Angeles, Miami, Philadelphia, Chicago, and Milwaukee.
  • Telease, Inc: Telease was one of the first companies in the world to develop addressable Pay-TV set-top decoder technology. The technology was based on Block’s patents.
  • SelecTV (U.S.A.): SelecTV was one of the first Pay-TV services in the world and the first to offer Pay-Per-View on a regular basis.

  • SelecTV (U.K.) SelecTV UK used Telease designed and manufactured set-top boxes. They were the first addressable set-top boxes used outside of the US.
  • Choice Channel: Choice Channel one of the first satellite based Pay-Per-View program services in the world.

  • Canal Plus, France: Block was instrumental in the creation of Canal Plus in France.

Software Developer/Publisher:
3D Business Tools: Block is the Founder, Chairman, principal shareholder and chief architect of 3D Business Tools (3DBT). 3DBT is developing a comprehensive Enterprise Management System (EMS). EMS is essentially a business model that is customized for a company by entering both financial and non-financial data. The model is then used to analyze past performance and to plan future periods.
Block is also the Chairman and principal shareholder of Mobley Matrix International.
UBmatrix: (www.ubmatrix.com) Block is a co-founder and Chairman of UBmatrix (UBm). UBm develops proprietary software tools and services for the financial services industry. The Company is the global leader in XBRL (Extensible Business Reporting Language) software solutions.

ShipCom: (www.shipcom.com) Block is a co-founder and Chairman of ShipCom, the United States only provider of HF voice and data services to ships at sea. Through the Company’s network of Public Coast Stations, ShipCom provides emergency services, VHF radiotelephone, Ship to Shore and Shore to Ship radio-telex, telegrams, HF SSB E-mail, Marine weather broadcast, Commercial and pleasure boat communication services, aircraft radiotelephone services, crew email services and satellite communication services. Cellular Telephony:
Block was involved in the establishment of the Cellular Telephone industry and was a founder of more than 70 cellular telephone companies in the US.
Inventor:
Block is widely known for his pioneering work in communications and information technologies. He is the inventor and patent owner of more than 150 US and International patents including patents related to: Information Labeling, Signal control, Terrestrial and satellite distribution systems, Real-Time Subscriber billing systems, Pay-Per-View and Parental Control. Block also holds patents for Exercise equipment and Novelties.
Block’s inventions are licensed to most of the major consumer electronic manufacturers and have influenced the marketing of entertainment, sports and information and education services worldwide.
Educator:
Block was an early thinker regarding the worldwide distribution of data. The US Defense Department, two major Universities, and the Futurist magazine published his 1984 paper introducing the concept of a “Worldwide Information Utility”.
