If you are using a 56K / modem connection, you may experience trouble viewing the video files. Please click on the links labeled"LOW" to the right of the program listing. Although we can't promise that you'll be able to view the files, you'll have a better chance using the low quality version of the files than the high-speed, broadband versions. Please understand that this has nothing to do with A4H TV, it is just a limitation of your internet connection and/or your computer. You may want to upgrade your system and/or subscribe to a broadband, high speed connection. You'll enjoy the internet and A4HTV that much more! Additionally, if you have a lot of programs open and running, this may tax your system's memory, and prevent the videos from playing smoothly. Try closing the other programs to free up additional memory for video playback. If you've followed these instructions, and are still having trouble viewing the videos, please let us know. We've tested the video playback system on every conceivable system configuration we could, and we've made every effort to use the highest quality web-standard video compression techniques and tools available today.
